With the support of our design team we can fully refurbish or even re-design the cooling to enhance the rating. We can breathe new life in to transformers by overhauling them and replacing entire insulation, including conductor covering.

Repairs
Repairs of Power and Distribution Transformers up to 200 MVA, 220KV including changing of complete windings, insulation.

Conversion
Voltage ratio conversion:
Converting 66/11 KV to 33/11 KV i.e. To a lower voltage ratio.

Off circuit tapping switch to on load tap changer:
By changing the existing windings and fitting on Load Tap Changer so that the existing transformer can handle voltage fluctuations without switching off the transformer.

Capacity Enhancement
  » Converting cabel box to Bare Bushing and vice versa.
  » Converting PILC Cable box to XLPE Cable box.
  » Changing from Welded tube radiators to pressed sheet steel radiators.

Overhauling
Life enhancement by taking up totoal insulation changing, oil filtration/replacement, sludge removal from the windings, replacement of gaskets, servicing of accessories, painting and routine testing.

SPARES We can supply all the transformer accessories and in case of obsolete parts modifications can be suggested/carried out.
